Jumeirah Lake Towers is at the heart of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
As the largest free-trade zone in The Emirates, it’s the ideal location for a global commodities trader looking to scale up their offices and operations.
Our brief was to design and build across 6,000 square feet of floor space – turning a shell and core into a new regional headquarters for our client.
As one of the newest skyscrapers in the city, Uptown Tower had no facilities management in place – so it was up to us to work closely with the authorities to plan site access...
