For global industrial technology company AVEVA, KPS transformed a shell and core space at Dubai Silicon Oasis into a contemporary, technology-enabled workplace, delivered within an exceptionally demanding ten-week programme.

Working from a design by SAY Studio and MEP planning by Cundall, KPS was responsible for bringing together the architectural finishes, building services, specialist installations and smart building technology to create a fully functioning workplace. The programme allowed just 45 days for on-site construction, requiring exceptionally close coordination between designers, engineers, specialist contractors and suppliers.
