Son of a Fish is an original restaurant concept from Addmind Hospitality, created to bring the spirit of the Athenian Riviera to Dubai Harbour Pier. The idea was inspired and ambitious: to craft a relaxed, coastal dining experience that still felt unmistakably aligned with Dubai’s pace, energy, and appetite for refined design. The result needed to be authentic in character and elevated enough to stand confidently within one of the city’s most dynamic waterfront destinations.
