With a strong presence in global markets, MMBI is a big name in wholesale food trading.

Having agreed a lease at One Central, Dubai, they asked us to create a space for their new regional offices. A space that could handle an expanding workforce.

Work began by building the basics on the existing shell and core. Our first challenge was coordinating the complex IT and AV specifications – including a booking system with facial recognition.

The completed space includes a reception area, closed and open workspaces, meeting rooms, a kitchen/dining area, and managerial offices.
