Millennium Executive Tower

Standing at 116 metres tall, Millennium Executive Tower is a 32-storey commercial and residential structure in Dubai.

As one of the oldest buildings on the street, it was due a complete refurb from top to bottom — across 16,804 sq/m.

Alongside a dedicated commercial, retail and healthcare space — we were tasked with refurbishing more than twenty residential floors in the tower.

But at the tendering stage, it wasn’t possible for us to assess every floor of the building. Upon a site survey, we found that some of the floors were in worse condition than expected.
