iSpace

iSpace operates flexible, smart and sustainable office spaces. Their newest lease, One Central, is part of the new development at the World Trade Centre district in Dubai.

Set to be their first coworking space in the Emirates, iSpace commissioned us to design, build and furnish it — from shell and core.

Challenges included coordinating with their teams across different time zones, and completing the 11,000 square foot space within a 90-day deadline.

Collaborating with distributed teams required flexible coordination from KPS, and meticulous planning to stay on schedule.
