We were approached by an institutional investment management company from Europe.
With bases in Switzerland and Luxembourg, they wanted to put themselves on the map in The Emirates. So they set their sights on Dubai – the financial capital of the Middle East.
They had agreed a lease on level 40 of ICD Brookfield, Dubai International Financial Centre. And it was our task to design and build a space worthy of the iconic location it’s in.
