Between 2018-2019, IHS Towers commissioned KPS to fit out two office spaces; one at Dubai International Finance Centre and one at Dubai World Trade Centre.
Following two years of accelerated growth, IHS hired KPS once again. This time, we were tasked with fitting out the adjacent unit at Dubai World Trade Centre.
With a bigger team to accommodate, they wanted to expand by doubling their floorspace — leaving room for more growth in the future.
The challenge? We only had 8 weeks to fit out the shell and core from start to finish.
