Delivering the new regional headquarters for International Flavors and Fragrances was an opportunity for KPS to create something far beyond a workplace. As one of the world’s leading flavour and fragrance innovators, IFF required an environment capable of supporting rigorous scientific evaluation while also functioning as a collaborative regional hub.

Delivered within a shell-and-core space, the project incorporated highly specialised environments from the outset. Central to the space were laboratories and testing suites dedicated to the development and assessment of fragrances, personal care and cleaning products, each demanding tightly controlled environmental conditions and repeatable accuracy.
