In preparation for the event, the French Athletics Federation (FFA) wanted to reimagine their office space. And we were called in to do it.
After being awarded the contract, FFA realised that they needed a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
Not only did this increase the scope of the project, but it meant we had to replan the entire project from the ground up. Back to the drawing board.
Despite the last-minute changes, we didn’t shy away from the challenge – delivering everything within the agreed timescales.
