Etihad Rail is at the heart of the UAE’s transport infrastructure.

As the nation’s railway operator, they’re on track to play a major role in Abu Dhabi’s 2030 Economic Vision.

Their current office was two decades old. Outdated, tired, and no longer fit for purpose – it was high time for change.

Our brief was to deliver a familiar, yet modernised setup – with added functionality. A space with capacity for growth.

As a precursor to the design and fit out, our first challenge was to overhaul the existing water supply and AC systems.
