With Equilibrium, Equitativa set out to create a gym that goes beyond equipment: a calm, disciplined space designed for practice, focus, and movement.The aim was to develop a complete training environment where visitors could push their limits, recover with intention, and leave feeling stronger than before they arrived. Delivered as a turnkey design and build project by KPS, working closely with asset managers Colliers, the new Equilibrium Gym brings that vision to life.
