The group provides the leasing of offices, co-working spaces, warehouses and land to almost 8,000 businesses.
Our brief was to renovate and refresh a twenty-year-old office building — giving Dubai Internet City a modern, functional workspace — with a touch of luxury.
This came with two challenges. First, we had to carry out the work in a building with live occupants. Second, part of our work took place at a lofty ceiling height...
