Daher Capital is a family-owned investment company with roots in Lebanon and Dubai.

Having agreed a lease at Dubai International Financial Centre for their new headquarters, Daher hired us to fit out the previously empty space.

From a blank shell and core, our brief was to deliver a modest, yet modern office across 4,783 square feet of floor space.

But with just 60 days to complete the project, every minute mattered.

With careful coordination and timely logistical planning, we optimised our supply chain — sourcing local materials to mitigate overseas shipment delays.
