Building 05, Dubai Media City. D-Quarters were set to launch a brand new co-working space.
The task? A full renovation across multiple floors of the existing building – where 56,000 square feet of opportunity awaited us.
The project would be a first-of-its-kind, shared office space in Media City – with a new design to serve as a benchmark for other locations.
Our brief was to deliver a modern, multi-level co-working space – complete with collaborative areas, meeting rooms, and leasing spaces.
