When Clifford Chance ADGM, a global law office based in Al Sila Tower, Abu Dhabi, decided to upgrade its existing space, they had a clear goal: to modernise their office, creating a more functional and appealing working environment. The brief called for new finishes, additional enclosed offices and meeting rooms, and a layout that would make the most of the existing floorplate.
The 10-week timeline for delivery was tight - and then it got even tighter. Local authority approvals delayed the planned start by two weeks, leaving less time to deliver a high-quality fit-out while meeting full LEED and WELL compliance...
