When the KPS team first stepped into Uptown Tower at Dubai Multi Commodities Exchange, it was to deliver its very first workspace.
Just two years later, the story has come full circle. The last remaining floor was also entrusted to our team, closing the loop on a journey that has seen us complete twelve projects in the building. An international trading company in DMCC seeking a modern, multifunctional workspace designed to inspire calm, focus, and creativity.
By the time we started the project in February 2025, the building was fully occupied. Every decision we made had to account for tenants already working...
