Al Jaddaf

Dubai Holding Asset Management is a key player in the development of sector-focused business districts in Dubai.

One of their latest developments is located in the Al Jaddaf area — home to plush waterfront apartments and hotels near the city center.

The existing space was a row of disused waterfront retail units, beneath a building block of residential apartments.

Our brief was to demolish, reconstruct and repurpose the space into twenty-five luxury apartments across 66,000 square feet.

As a site that’s densely populated with residents, construction access routes were restricted, and working hours were limited.
