Following a successful fit out in the Burj Khalifa for a fast-expanding holding company, we were invited to do the same again.
This time, at the iconic Dubai Harbour – an extraordinary seafront district and home to the largest marina in the region, where opportunity lives in abundance.
Here, we were asked to design and build a 10,781 square foot workspace A space as big as their ambitions – one that was fit for the future growth of their team.
Originally scheduled for a 70-day timeline, the project doubled in scope to include a second level. More hands on deck were needed.
