It’s also the chosen location of a prominent pharma company, who asked us to bring their new office to life.
The opportunity? Transforming 5,500 square feet of the existing shell and core into a fully functional, ergonomic office space.
But with every opportunity, come challenges. Limited storage, global shipping delays, and lockdown mandates were just a few of the obstacles in our way.
