Congratulations to Louis, Bineesh, Susanth and the team for the successful completion and handover of Spencer Stuart this week.

Louis and the Team have worked closely with designers LXA and MEP Consultants Cundall to deliver yet another project in GV11 all under the watchful eye of CBRE’s David Armstrong.

Spencer Stuart had their first day of business on Sunday where they expressed their gratitude to the project team and singled out Bineesh Balakrishnan for his efforts.

The efforts of the whole KPS team has not gone unnoticed by LXA who have been instrumental in the recent award of Nolus Restaurant in DIFC.

Susanth has also been working extremely hard to deliver the project to the exacting requirements of Cundall by going the extra mile.

Well done to all that have been involved in the project you are a credit to KPS.
