Building a safer future

Every year on 28 April, the International Labour Organisation marks the World Day for Safety and Health at Work — a global call to action for safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces. At KPS, we use this opportunity not only to reflect, but to reinforce our commitment to the highest QHSE standards across every project and every worksite.
Members of our QHSE team visited KPS sites across the Emirates to lead a series of toolbox talks and engage directly with our site teams. The visits were designed to recognise top-performing teams, reward best practices in safety compliance, and open meaningful conversations around health, wellbeing, and accountability on site.
We know that safety isn’t a once-a-year initiative — it’s a daily commitment that begins with leadership and lives in the actions of every individual. From senior managers to subcontractors, everyone plays a vital part in making KPS projects safer places to work.
A big thank you to all our teams who continue to raise the bar, take ownership, and lead by example. Together, we’re not just delivering world-class fit-outs — we’re building a culture where care, vigilance, and responsibility are the foundation of everything we do.
