Washrooms are more than just another room in a building
They're a place of momentary solitude. A room to refresh, recuperate, and reset for the day ahead.
So, when Emirates REIT asked us to refurbish the washrooms at Index Tower, one of their assets in Dubai, we were excited to get started.
The brief was to take care of everything from demolition, to waterproofing, to blockwork, to fixtures and fittings – for 22 washrooms in total.
When we began the work, we realised that getting the materials to our workspace...
