US-based pharmaceutical company Bristol Myers Squibb are no strangers to KPS.
After managing the design and construction of their Dubai offices, they wanted us to do the same again. This time, it was for a new office in Saudi Arabia’s capital city, Riyadh.
On level 28 of Hamad Tower was a dull, grey, empty shell. 500 square metres of space that was waiting for the right vision that could transform it.
