When we took on this project from Bristol Meyer Squibb, BMS, we knew there lay multiple challenges ahead.

BMS wanted a new office, but the space they were looking at wasn’t exactly a space yet. The construction was incomplete due to issues they’ve had with authority approvals and the landlord.
In the briefing we also discovered the two BMS teams on the project had polar opposite ideas on how they envisioned the space and its functionality.
That was the biggest challenge of all. Luckily, the delays caused by the lease and mobilisation gave us an advantage. It gave us time to conduct design workshops to see how we could work with the best of both ideas.
