Sam Eid, Managing Director
Sam has an extensive background in property both locally and internationally. Having worked with leading companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis and Leighton Properties in Sydney and spending 4 years in a dynamic and a newly established economy in Dubai.
Sam brings a new way of thinking to what has been a conventionally approached market. Sam's key philosophies of creating and capturing value, serviceability, collaboration, relationship management and an attention to clear and concise processes will reinforce the principals that KPS has been founded on: Quality, Responsiveness and convenience.
Emine Mehmet, Design Director
Emine Mehmet has extensive experience in Interior Design and Project Management. Her portfolio consists of an impressive array of projects ranging from corporate offices to residential developments.
As well as being Director of her own company, Emine was previously employed by Woods Bagot in Sydney and Canberra Australia and also spent three years as Head Interior Designer at Meriton Apartments.
Emine has a vast knowledge of construction and building with a flair for working within tight time and budget constraints.
Other career highlights include working on the Observatory Hotel, the Valencia residential development by Payce Consolidated and the Haven residential development by Novati Constructions.Emine prides herself on being adaptable to different styles and aims to give the client what they want, while making each project individual.
Emine career is a past president of the Design Institute of Australia New South Wales and has appeared on television programs including "Bright Ideas" and "Home" on the Lifestyle Channel.
James Gilmore, Senior Account Manager
James has more than 7 years industry experience specialising in business development, the supply of commercial office solutions and contract textiles. James offers a wealth of experience to client relationship management, procurement strategies and project delivery. Technically strong, but artistically educated he has a strong appreciation for both tangible and intangible solutions.
It's not all about work. Home life and personal time squeeze themselves in and James finds the perfect antidote to work in activities such as sports and time with his partner, dogs and mates.
Daniel McLoughlin, Account Manager
Daniel has joined the KPS team in 2010 and brings with him a decade of local sales experience. With a proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver commercial solutions Daniel continues the KPS way of striving towards business excellence with his honest and dedicated approach.
Daniel is very much a sports fan and includes Football, cricket, Rugby Union, Fishing and Scuba diving amongst his social passions.
