1. Traditional Main Contracting:
Main Contracting projects are procured by responding to interior construction tenders based on a competitive single or two stage tender process.

2. Turnkey - Design and Construct:
KPS is directly involved with the client providing a single point of contact to deliver a complete turnkey solutions including:
