CHRIS WATSON, MANAGING DIRECTOR

 

Chris joined KPS in 1997 and was appointed Managing Director of the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Australia in 2004. Chris is responsible for the vision, growth and strategic planning of the business and for guiding and developing senior management.

It is also part of Chris' role to identify, assess and inform the board of directors on the internal and external risks to the company and to develop and implement the operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.

Chris originates from Yorkshire, England and has a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance, is married to Angela and enjoys football, rugby, cricket, golf and skiing.

STEPHEN LOCKEY, GENERAL MANAGER

 

Stephen has been the General Manager at KPS since February 2011 and is responsible for the UAE region. Since joining the company in early 2005, Stephen has capitalised on his many years of experience and continued to develop his proven track record in Sales and Business Development within the region.

Stephen's responsibilities within KPS include the internal development of the staff and the company as a whole, the management of our extensive Client base and the overall strategic growth of the business.  Stephen's tireless work ethic and unbridled enthusiasm form the basis of the highly motivated and talented individuals and project teams within KPS.

Stephen was educated in the UK and gained a National Diploma in Business & Finance. Married to Jane, Stephen enjoys wakeboarding, football, cricket & rugby.

ADAM PROWTING, CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

 

Adam was handpicked by KPS for the Construction Director role and  joined us in March 2011 to lead the Construction Department and build on the platform we had created over the last 20 years. With over 13 years experience in the construction field, 6 in Dubai, Adam's achievements have included prestigious projects including large developments such as shopping malls and hotels.

With qualifications in Engineering and Senior Construction Management, we were delighted when Adam became a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders in 2011.

Married to Elle Adam's is a keen sportsman with particular interest in golf & football.

LEO MILLS, DESIGN DIRECTOR

 

Leo studied Textiles and Interiors in Edinburgh and has more than ten years corporate interior design experience most of which has been with multi-national corporations across the Middle East. Leo's enthusiasm and creativity has proved a true asset to the KPS team and he was appointed Design Director in 2009.

Leo is a keen sportsman and enjoys golf, snowboarding and wakeboarding in his spare time.

SEAMUS BEGLEY, FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

 

Seamus joined KPS in the later part of 2011 to oversee the UAE Accounts Department. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and as such, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Before joining KPS, Seamus has spent 13 years working with large manufacturing multinationals throughout the world including postings in Riyadh - KSA, New Mexico - USA and Lagos - Nigeria. Previous positions held include Project Account, Operations and Financial Controller. Seamus has worked in Dubai since early 2010.

Outside work, Seamus is a keen breeder/owner of greyhounds. He is also club treasurer for the Dubai Celts Football club.
