Raja Al Misri, Managing Partner
Raja is a Saudi national educated in Sweden where he gained his Bachelor degree in Business Management in 1996 from Stockholm University.
After briefly working as a duty Manager at a large international hotel in Jeddah, he joined Kinnarps of Sweden in 1998 as an Accounts Manager quickly progressing to eventually become a managing partner in the company. Raja's for sight has seen the company go from strength to strength as he successfully managed many TURN KEY projects for both Saudi and Multinational companies.
His insistence on client satisfaction has helped establish the company as a reputable company to work with. Away from work, Raja is married with two children and likes to divide his time between family life and riding his Harley Davidson to help him relax.
Ahmed Hamad, Project Director
Ahmed has over 16 years experience of managing both residential and commercial projects both as new build and fit out projects.
He has gained much valuable experience dealing with clients and contractors bringing them to work together to submit his projects on time and with the required budget because of his Hands on attitude enabling him to solve potential problems early on in the projects life cycle and introduce innovative solutions to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
His Varied and international background has meant that Ahmed is not daunted by any projects scale and is accustomed to working to high standards and expectations. He has developed excellent understanding and appreciation of client requirements and delivers projects to client’s satisfaction. Ahmed has worked in Iraq, Malaysia and the United Kingdom until 2008 when he joined KPS in Riyadh, KSA. Ahmed is a qualified Civil engineer since 1993 after gaining his Bachelor’s degree from Iraq. He has also completed his Masters degree in Project Management in Construction from the United Kingdom in 2003. Professionally Ahmed is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building in the UK and is the Ambassador of the institute in Saudi Arabia. Despite his busy schedule Ahmed always strives to involve himself in international conferences as a speaker to keep abreast of all developments in Construction and construction Management.
Tarek A. Khair, Account Manager
Tarek is a Palestinian national, born and raised in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has a Bachelor degree in marketing which he gained in 1999 from the Applied Science University in Jordan.
Tarek spent several years working for a Pharmaceutical company in their sales and marketing department before he moved to work with a local interior design and office furniture company. This type of business interested Tarek a lot so in 2005 he joined KPS in Riyadh as an Account Executive.
Tareks proven track record in sales and his extensive knowledge of the Saudi culture quickly highlighted him to be the right man for the role of Accounts Director a position he took up in 2009. In his free time Tarek enjoys watching his extensive collection of documentaries on Nature, Business and Politics. The rest of his time is dedicated to his racing Motorbike as he is a member of the Saudi Biker’s Club.
