Ramzi El Zein, Managing Partner
Ramzi holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the American University of Beirut and worked as a design Architect for reputed Architectural consultancies in Sweden for over 5 years before joining KPS -Dubai in 1994.
He is accredited with establishing the design and building works depts in Dubai before becoming the GM of KPS in Saudi Arabia which he established in 1999 . He became Managing partner of KPS - KSA in 2008. Ramzi believes in attention to details and in finding a better way every day . He also believes that the only job security any body can have is satisfied customers .
Ramzi is into reading , Volleyball and soft body building.Mohammed Ghannam, Financial Controller
Mohammed is a Lebanese national with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Lebanese University in Beirut.
After graduating he joined a reputable Auditing Firm in Lebanon. After five years of invaluable experience he moved to Saudi Arabia in 2000 where he took up post as the Accounting Supervisor for a large IT company.
In 2003 Mohmmed made the move to Kinnarps in Jeddah to hold the post of Financial Controller for Kinnarps KSA.Mohammed has been committed to the company all these years and has been essential in helping to manage the growth of the company.
Mohammed strongly believes in team work and having open channels of dialogue and good training to create a strong functioning team.
Away from work Mohammed dedicates his time to his family, reading and enjoys Table Tennis.
Ghaleb Hilal , Business Development Manager
After obtaining his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration , ghaleb gained good experience through working for different multinational
Companies in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia . He joined KPS in 2002 and held several key positions in Riyadh , Khobar and Jeddah . He started as an account manager in Riyadh then was promoted to Acting Manager of the Khobar's business unit before becoming the business development manager of the Jeddah business unit in 2008.
Due to his god communication and PR skills, Ghaleb managed to build up an extensive network of contacts throughout the KSA market. Ghaleb is a firm believer in fine tuned and well honed PR skills that can open closed doors and curve sharp edges .
Ghaleb is into playing music and swimming.
Karim Asmar, Senior Projects Manager
After graduating with a Masters degree in Architecture from the Lebanese University , Karim landed his first job as a Technical Architect with the Saudi Bin ladin Group - Rush Projects Division where he spent 3 years working on rush projects for the Saudi Royal family.
Afterwards he returned to Lebanon and specialized ," Restoration of Historical buildings and Monuments " . Qatar was his next stop , where he was employed by Unitech for 2 years. However , his passion for the contracting business led him to rejoining Saudi Bin ladin Group - Architectural and Building Construction Department in Jeddah as a senior Architect for 5 years.
Karim then joined KPS in 2008 as a senior project manager in Jeddah . He is an adamant believer in team work and that each and every successfully executed project is the result of smooth sharing of professional experience between all parties involved.
He is a hard worker always aiming to reconcile his clients best interests with that of his company's on a win - win basis in 2009.
